— WHO WE ARE

From the highlands of Vietnam, brewed for Canadian evenings.

Artichoke tea has been part of evening routines in Đà Lạt for generations — naturally caffeine-free, gently earthy, and softly sweet.

We're bringing that ritual to Canada, one sip at a time.

Read our story →

Most people stop drinking tea after dinner.
Not because they don't want it.
Because they know what caffeine does at 2 a.m.

We make drinks for that gap.
Vietnamese botanical tea for the hours caffeine forgot.

— What's inside

It's a botanical, not a tea leaf. That changes everything.

Artichoke from Đà Lạt is naturally caffeine-free, slightly earthy, and surprisingly smooth — with a soft finish that makes people pause on their first sip.

Dried artichoke leaves, sliced artichoke hearts, and fresh artichoke flowers with leaves
01CYNARIN
Cynarin
The natural artichoke compound behind that soft, slightly sweet finish. Artichoke has long been enjoyed after meals as a gentle botanical drink, and cynarin is often associated with artichoke's traditional role in supporting digestion.
02PLANT ANTIOXIDANTS
Quercetin & antioxidants
Artichoke naturally contains plant compounds like quercetin and other antioxidants — part of the same antioxidant world people love in green tea and dark chocolate. Only this time, it comes naturally caffeine-free. Simple botanical goodness. No caffeine required.
03CAFFEINE-FREE
Naturally caffeine-free
No tea leaf, no coffee bean, no 'why am I awake at 2 a.m.' situation. Just a calmer sip for when you want something that feels like a treat, not a mistake.

In short: artichoke has been studied, it's been drunk for generations, and it genuinely contains compounds that researchers find interesting. We just think it also tastes good.

Tealax is launching on Kickstarter.

We're running our festival season first — testing, learning, making sure what we bring to you is exactly right. After that, we're launching on Kickstarter to bring Đà Lạt artichoke tea to Canadian shelves properly.

If you're on the list, you'll hear about it before anyone else — and get first access to early bird pricing when we go live.

— FAQ

Good questions.

Smooth, lightly floral, and naturally sweet — somewhere between chamomile and oolong, but rounder and less astringent. Our milk tea version is rich and comforting, like a latte without the caffeine edge.

Yes, completely. Artichoke is a botanical, not a tea leaf — there is no caffeine at all. You can drink it at 10pm and sleep soundly.

Directly from Đà Lạt, Vietnam — a highland city at 1,500 metres known for its cool climate, clean air, and exceptional artichoke crops. We source from the farms there, not from a distributor.
